Restaurant CCTV intelligence

Two plates left.
One was billed.

Your cameras already saw the kitchen, the counter, the bag, the rider and the cash drawer. CAMSense watches them against the bill — and puts the 20-second clip on your phone.

What CAMSense watches in an outlet

These are the restaurant jobs we actually built cameras to do — kitchen pass, tables, counter, bags, riders, cash and camera health. Not a generic “AI CCTV” list.

01

Kitchen vs bill

A plate leaves the pass. If it has no matching bill, you get the clip. Unbilled food is a review flag, not an automatic accusation.

02

People count

How many people walked in, sat, and left. Occupancy you can look at — not eight hours of tape.

03

Table vs guests

Headcount at a table checked against the guest count on the bill. A gap is a clip, not a guess.

04

Dine-in vs waiting

Sitting is not dining. Dining is a person + food on the table + time. Waiting for a parcel is not a meal.

05

Takeaway bags

Packed food leaving the pass — bag or box, not a plate to a table. Counted against cash-counter bills.

06

Rider pickup

A delivery rider taking a parcel is a different event from a walk-in takeaway. Matched to the delivery bill.

07

Staff vs guest

Who’s working the floor and who’s sitting as a customer. Roster leads; the camera corroborates. It does not name a person as guilty.

08

Cash after close

Drawer opened after closing time. The clip is waiting. You decide what it means.

09

Camera health

Offline, frozen, stale, storage full. A dead camera is never shown as live. Outage is not “no incident.”

10

Find the clip

18:42 at the counter. Twenty seconds, time-stamped, on your phone — not four hours of scrubbing.

11

Queue at the door

A line built up while you weren’t on the floor. Useful for staffing, not for blaming a face.

12

After hours

Kitchen, store and restricted areas after close. Presence is flagged. Identity still comes from your staff process, not a face score.

How an owner uses it

Same cameras. A phone, not a DVR in the storeroom.

1 · WATCH

Kitchen, counter, cash

The cameras you already have. We only sell the event your site can actually see.

2 · FLAG

The leak, not the tape

Plate with no bill. Bag with no bill. Drawer after close. Cam dead. Queue. After hours.

3 · CLIP

Twenty seconds

Time, camera, and the window. On your phone. You pinch-zoom the evidence.

4 · YOU

You decide

CAMSense does not deduct pay, name a thief, or close a bill. That stays with you.

What it will not pretend

  • A camera outage is not proof that nothing happened.
  • A flagged clip is not a guilty person. Face recognition is not identity, pay, or discipline.
  • Vision cannot count a pile of food through a hand or a steam cloud as an exact quantity.
  • We sell only camera + event combinations that can be calibrated on your floor.
  • Physical mounting, wiring and real incident response stay with you and the installer.

See it against your cameras.

Send a photo of your NVR or a camera label. We tell you what can be watched on your floor — kitchen vs bill, people, bags, riders, cash, health — before anyone moves a wire.
